1. How can I place an order?
We've made placing an order through Lody Baby is super easy, just follow these steps:
a. Browse our products and select the item you want to purchase
b. Add the name you want engraved on the products, make sure you select the font you'd like as well. Add the products to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
c. Review your cart to ensure you have all your goodies. Add gift wrapping if you'd like.
d. Click the "Checkout" button and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.
e. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Additionally, we also support payments through PayPal for added convenience and security. Afterpay is also available at checkout.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are delivered via Australia Post. Standard shipping can take 7-10 business days or express 1-3 business days.
We also offer International shipping, this will come at an extra cost and takes between 10-20 business days
5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package through the Australia Post website or app.
6. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the engraving (I.e spelling or font) is at fault of Lody Baby, we will happily exchange or refund your order.
However, we cannot refund or exchange a product if the name was spelt incorrectly by the customer. Please ensure you have the correct spelling at the time of purchase. If you have spelt a name incorrectly, please email us asap at hello@lodybaby.com.au.
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind purchases.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes, we do offer gift wrapping services for only $5, this includes wrapping and a handwritten note to your little bestie. Please add gift wrapping to cart (you can find this option in the main menu).
